Let the party Begin! Be Inspired #47 Cuttlebug Challenge

Yay... Wednesday again... that means another Be Inspired Challenge over at the Cuttlebug Challenge Blogspot. All of the Be Inspired Challenges for the month of September will be focusing on the Birthday theme. September is the 1st Birthday of Cuttlebug Challenge Blogspot and we are celebrating all month with Cuttlebug Challenge Birthday Palooza. You want to check the blog out every single day! Play along with us every week for the month of September and you could win the grand prize!
This week's challenge is to create an invitation. My birthday theme for the month of September will be a Beary Special party, based on this adorable bear from Angel's Landing Designs.

The image was printed and colored with Prismacolor Pencils, blended with Gamsol, cut out and layered for a 3D effect. Papers are Bazzil, K&Company and the wonderful Core'Dinations, a Cuttlebug Challenge Blogspot sponsor. The Core'dinations papers are dry embossed with Cuttlebug Folders then lightly sanded to bring out the core color. I then did a little bit of stitching around the edges.

There you have it - my invitation! Now you must - yes, MUST - go see the other design team samples at Cuttlebug Challenge Blogspot . They are fantastic inspiration pieces! After that, get your own party started! Be sure to invite us! We'd love to see it.

Be sure to comment on this post, at the Cuttlebug Challenge Blogspot and other Design Team members blogs for a chance to win a prize package from Sakura of America, another fabulous Cuttlebug Challenge sponsor!!!

Items used:
Paper: K&Company, Bazzil, Core'dinations
Tools: Scor It, Cuttlebug machine, Cuttlebug folders, Sewing Machine
Coloring/Inks: Printer, Prismacolor Pencils
Stamps: Angel's Landing Digital
