Here's a card I made quite a while back. Whether you want to wish someone a wonderful day or tell them they are beyond wonderful themselves, they may well smile at this card.
Cutting the small intricate wording is easier from printable vinyl or any vinyl as it cuts cleanly and is easily adhered to the card. The waves shadow is cut from cardstock, while the wave top layer is from fabric. The entire wave piece is wrapped around the card edges before adhering to the card base.
