November already! that means Thanksgiving and...

I just so happen to have a Provo Craft Thanksgiving seasonal cartridge to give away!



Just look at all these fabulous images!  Invitations, thank you cards, thankful mini's and note cards, place cards, Thanksgiving cards, Fall cards, table decor, etc, etc....   the possibilities with this cartridge are endless.

    Traditional side dishes are my favorite, but since we have both turkey and ham I also enjoy a little of Paula Deen's Pineapple Casserole made with less sugar and butter :-)

    My favorite side dish would have to be mashed potatoes. I'm a true Irish girl! BUT the year that I did make Thanksgiving myself I made them with blue cheese and fennel. Which sounds awful, but it turned out great! I got the recipe out of Bon Appetit magazine.

    My favorite thanksgiving sidedish is a toss up between candied sweet potatoes (the ones with brown sugar and marshmellows) and these really good cheesey potatoes my mom makes every year. Even as adults my big brother and me fight over the gooey cheese left on the bottom of the pan.

  35. I would not enjoy a Thanksgiving meal without my beloved mashed potatoes! Of course, I have other dishes that I love but the mashed potatoes MAKE the meal for me...it's one of the few times I don't think about how much butter I'm using ;)

  43. For me it is hands down the Saurkraut. I will not have Turkey without the Saurkraut. Love the Mashed taters too.. Here is the recipe:

    You put Saurkraut on your fork first, then a piece of turkey and insert in mouth!!

    Saurkraut can be microwaved, cooked on stove WITH juices in can.. Do not drain or rinse your saurkraut please!! OR you can fry it in a pan and it gets a really great carmalized taste.

  44. I love all the sides at Thanksgiving, but my son's favorite side is Dill Corn. 2 cans of corn, heated and drained, 1 block of cream cheese mixed in until melted and 2 Tbs of dill weed. Mix well and serve warm. Delicious! Thank you for offering this awesome cart.

  45. My husband and I (and now our little ones) have always made stuffing from scratch. It is such a fun time for all of us and it is absolutely the BEST stuffing ever. Even if we are not having Thanksgiving at our home, we ALWAYS bring the stuffing! Mmmmm.. can't wait to eat it again! Thanks for the giveaway.. I am now a follower.

  71. Mmmmmmmmmmm....Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. I love going to my grandma's house and smelling the stuffed turkey roasting! She makes a side dish her mother taught her to make (my great grandmother spoke german and came over from Switzerland): sauerkraut with pork. Yummy! I can't wait :)

  74. Gee, only one side dish?:) Ours is cranberry sauce, rice, rolls, and gravy. I only cook for my DD and DH and me, so our table doesn't have too many side dishes on it. Although, at my family's house, it was rice croquettes, and potato pie and stuffed mushrooms and all of those yummy things!!

  118. My favorite Thanksgiving dish is my mom's sausage stuffing. I've tried a few times to duplicate it, but I never get it quite right. I wish she would have written down the recipe for it, but it was always a bit of this and a bit of that. My new favorite is my father in-laws deep fried turkey. Yummy!   139. It just would not be Thanksgiving with out Shrimp cocktail sauce on the Turkey? Sound strange, but it has been a long standing tradition in my hubands family. My boys are now helping getting their wives to make it when they go to the oppisite family for the bigh day.
